If you do not receive the ordered products within 30 days of placing the order, you may request cancellation of the order and a refund.
In accordance with current legal provisions, you have 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any reason or incurring penalties.
To exercise this right, you must notify October Tone of your decision by email at octobertone@gmail.com, specifying the details of the relevant order.
Returned items must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, etc.). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Certain products, such as digital downloads, are not eligible for withdrawal once the purchase is finalized, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
