HYPNOTIC FRENCH POP
Clément Visage crafts sensitive, hypnotic French pop, blending electronic textures with a gentle, near-whispered voice. Sub-bass, soft synths and looped patterns wrap around introspective lyrics that sometimes flirt with spoken word.
Balancing calm and underlying tension, his music explores inner cycles, emotional fragments and imaginary landscapes. A vaporous form of pop, to be experienced like a drifting dream.
TV ROCK
Dynamic, untamed rock'n'roll plus surf-style, garage and psyche - Prisoner from Mulhouse, France revive popular series melodies from the 60s and 70s. Whether it's the cult melody to the original series of Star Trek; Spiderman, the psychedelic Twilight Zone intro or bangers like Hawaii 5:0 with a full brass solo - the extremely danceable cover versions have thrilled audiences all over France in recent years. With their new addition, front woman and singer Susanne Pemmerl from Munich, the 6-piece band is finally crossing the border and making their German debut. After their first album consisted exclusively of cover versions, the second album now also contains original compositions in the same nostalgic spirit of John Barry and Lalo Schifrin, for which guitarist, trumpeter and musical director Philippe Simon-Girard is responsible. An authentic vintage sound with trombone (Marcus Hett), psychedelic organ sounds (Lucas Gentilhomme), powerful, dynamic drums (Etienne Meyer) and, last but not least, guitaristic bass lines (Sebastien Grienti), integrates perfectly into the collection of series originals from times gone by and is literally crying out to be heard by a film producer.
